• These Blackberry GEMINI rewards will be given to max. 50 IDD-01019 users from Telkomsel’s GSM whose maintain their position as the top of 50 users in each specified three consecutive months according the call durations.

• The three consecutive months are as follows:

  • First Month : 16 June 2010 thru 15 July 2010

  • Second Month : 16 July 2010 thru 15 August 2010

  • Third Month : 16 August 2010 s/d 15 September 2010

• The call durations are calculated from each call that the duration is more than six minutes.

• These rewards are given to the users that appointed by PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA according to the users’ SLI-01019 calls data recorded by PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA.

• This reward program :

  • Is provided by PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA as the service provider of IDD-01019 International Access Code and as the partner of PT Telkomsel.

  • Is applied to all users of IDD-01019 for their International call from GSM TELKOMSEL except for the employee, the wife and the family of employee of PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA and it’s affiliated companies.

  • Does not require any registration process.

• The decision made by PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA is final.

• The reward winners will be announced in the website www.gaharu.co.id. Each reward winner can only get one reward and cannot be refund or replace to any other goods except the prize is no longer provided in the market ;

• The reward winners herewith agree their GSM TELKOMSEL number to listed and published in the media chosen by PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA;

• The reward winners have to come to PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA offices in Jakarta, Bandung or Surabaya by bringing any personnel identity such as :

  • Valid SIM card GSM TELKOMSEL dwhich defined by PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA as the reward winner;;

  • Valid ID Card, Driver License and/or Passport;

• The reward winners has to inform 3 days prior to their plan to come to PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA office to pick up the reward.

• PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA has the right to postpone the rewards due to the winners ID validity checkings.

• The reward has to be picked by the winner up maximum 30 days after being announced. PT GAHARU SEJAHTERA has right to cancel the reward after the above specified days.
